We do not offer refunds on opened products.

To be eligible for a refund, customers are required to contact our customer service within 14 days of the purchase date.
All products must be shipped back in their original packaging, unopened and untampered. Customers are required to cover the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs (if any) paid for the original order are non-refundable.

Accepted returns are refunded via original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns. We also reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. We will not re-ship a returned item for any reason.
